so like everybody else I signed up for this for a free credit report what I got was charged a buck immediately and told I would get charged $29 after 7 days. I immediately went to cancel this and could not find an option to do it online as it being The Weeknd I now had to wait till the first business day so I could cancel this. When I finally got the time to do it I went through the automated steps and pressed one to cancel and entered my membership ID then transferred to a gentleman who proceeded to ask questions the last four of my social and some other account questions and when I had finally done all that he told me, he said now I will transfer you to the person that could cancel my account. my first thought was who was he and why did I just give him a bunch of information. Then a lady got on the phone and try to persuade me to stay with them. she even offered to cut the monthly fee in half, when I was very firm but still being nice she played like her computer was acting up and was chuckling and how it was bigger pain for her to do this than it was for me. To me this sounds like a couple of scam artist sitting in somebody's living room answering phone calls and taking people's credit card info
