We placed an ad on Kijiji in the HEAVY EQUIPMENT section for a Cat Grader for sale. Autotrader.ca contacted us VIA the phone number posted on the ad and kept calling wanting us to purchase an ad from them in the Heavy Truck & Equipment Trader magazine. They offered us what we thought was a decent price for a color 1/6 page ad in the magazine. We were charged $194. When the magazine came out, we looked and looked and looked on every page of the heavy equipment section and could nt find the ad. We called and were told which page to find it on. There it was, in the middle of the HEAVY TRUCK section. We asked for a refund, because of course nobody interested in it saw it (people looking for heavy equipment will NOT be looking in the heavy truck section), We were denied any refund r even a discount and are now working with our credit card to dispute the charges. They told us 'because the as was printed there will be no refund'.
