on August 18th 2019 I placed bets using the twinspire app from my telephone conveniently my hundred dollar bet that one paying $490 total was never to be found again and my $50 bet that lost was found...the bottom line is I'm screwed out of just under $500 and their answer was well sir it is something you did online.... Just proving that you can't trust anybody online especially TwinSpires
