They lost a LARGE sliding door blind and very slow on delivery
We ordered a large group of Levolor blinds from Lowe's due to a 40% off sale. It took over a month for them to be delivered, but they did not deliver the largest two blinds for our patio doors. When we called back Lowe's, they told us the delivery company LOST a blind for one of the large door (and since this is over 6 feet high--the box)...how a delivery company can lose something that large....REALLY??? We have been living in a new home without window treatments for over a month now, and today we were told by Lowe's that the new blind they have to re-make will take almost ANOTHER month. If you want window treatments, don't order from them.
