I am looking for an attorney to help me fight this collection company that keeps losing my documentation for application to repay based on income. they have lost from FED EX, uploaded documents do not go through because "we are experiencing a glitch" BUT they continue to push garnishment of my wages even though I have complied with everything they requested,..other than drive the 1400 miles to new Hampshire and hand carry the stubs I don't know what else I can do. the fact that they voluntarily stopped taking the agreed upon payment from my account 18 months ago is beyond understanding. What is happening is this collection company has added on collection fees, interest, penalties and is attempting to do a 25% garnishment VS payment plan based on living expenses and wages not to mention my exhaustive medical expenses from child with cancer. HOW can they do this to me??? I paid for 15 years without missing a payment and they stopped withdrawing, I did not change banks, did not change accounts. I believe it is all planned to raise my payment and penalize me with MORE interest and collection costs. have had several financial gurus try and figure out what is going on and everyone comes out more confused. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated, the company I am dealing with is : Credit Adjustments out of Manchester NH how does their incompetence become MY penalty?? I have recorded their incompetence stating "we have a glitch in our system and the uploads are not coming through, may be on a delay". this is a delay tactic they are using to garnish not work with me. ANY attorneys out there??
