Was told that I had a 39,000 mile factory bumper to bumper warranty left on the vehicle, and if anything went wrong all I had to do was bring it in to any mitsubishi dealer and they would fix it free of charge. So I bought the 2014 mitsubishi outlander sports car about three months ago for my wife, now it needs ball joints took it in and they want to charge me for it and for checking it out. three minute check out and they want to charge me $140.00. I should have known better.Then charge me $550.00 more to fix the problem. Stay away from Clay cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington TX. Crooks, Iiers , and don't care about the customers. If the President wants to make America great again, he should do something about these companies ripping off the consumers just to make a buck. Do something for the poor people not just the rich.
