They lie to sell a plan!

I purchased my phone about a year and a half ago, and I paid the insurance since. When I was getting the phone the seller gave me this exact example: if your screen shattered you contact the insurance, and you send the phone with a cost of about $200, and then you get the new phone! And I FELL FOR THAT LIE!!! Life happens, and I broke my screen, so I contact the insurer They told me that they only exchange my screen! Which is not what I have been told! So I contacted the freedom costumer service! NO ONE CARED! I got so mad that I told them that I will change my provider. And guess what was the answer: "OKAY" they clearly told me that this is not they policy and when I asked : "Is this your policy to lie to costumer in order to sell a plan? " They did not decline! I talked to the supervisor too, and he seemed didn't care either! To be honest, I have never experienced such a problem. A costumer service that doesn't care about the costumer issue and ignores! In the times that costumer has been lied to!!! This is the worst experience that I ever had, and I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!!! AVOID FREEDOM MOBILE AT ANY COST!!!!!! They LIE to you to sell the product. And the costumer service is no help! User's recommendation: AVOID AT ANY COST.
