They lie and you have no recourse

Signed up 2 weeks ago told that driver would be assigned 3-4 days before requested shipping date. Never received an order confirmation number from Julia in Sales, so had difficult time locating my order....spent 1 hour on phone. Now they tell me can't say when a driver will be assigned. Would never use these liars again.
