Account number is D146958N1 ... I moved out of this apartment I believe April 2006 my apt was in great condition when I moved out one of the rooms was never even slept in within the year that we lived there. I recently pulled my credit report and saw this company on there so I disputed the issue FIC verified that this was in fact my account. I had a $1200.00 Deposit that was never returned to me and upon moving out I told the manager that I was moving to Louisiana, she informed me that she would send me my deposit there. I contacted these people twice before calling them yesterday and that was a month and a half after I moved out regarding my deposit I was told it was' not ready yet and to give a call back in two weeks. I called two weeks later and the manager told me they didn owe me anything and hung up the phone in my face. My husband at the time told me to just let them keep the $1200.00 deposit because we would have to come back to Kern county to press the issue and because we were out of state it just made more since to let it go. I now have them on my credit as owing $1, 726 and I am just finding out about this. I pulled up multiple articles on Google of people stating valley springs kept their deposit and they have just been getting away with this fraudulent act for years. THE WORST OF IT ALL IS THAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE A JUDGMENT AGAINST ME BUT I WAS NEVER SERVED OR CONTACTED IN ANY WAY...PERJURY
