They keep withdrawing money from the wrong account

This week they withdrew almost $1,000 from my checking account, leaving $2.18 in my account until the payment on the 15th of this month. I have my preferred payment source documented on StockX and PayPal. Most people don't know that PayPal has these little hidden contractual agreements with their own payment option that comes directly from your account, even if you have a payment method with the purchase site, and even PayPal shows it as the preferred payment method for online sales… it's all a lie!!!! I need a phone number for StockX. I can't get an answer from anyone. If you use something like PayPal and maybe change the account you use to buy, call customer service first and check if the payment method is really what you think it is.
