They keep stealing money from my credit card, every month I have to reverse the charge

I did not sign up for their VIP account. I don't buy enough clothes all together to spend 16.24 a month for a discount. I have called, written a letter, and every month I reverse the charge. User's recommendation: stay away from this company.
