They keep changing my card after cancelling over and over my service they keep charging my card time to time unauthorized transactions

I cancelled my service yr or two ago and every now or then I see new charge again unauthorized to my credit card its sickening like you cant get rid of them then you have to fight again I dont know how they can get through ny card like this
