I payed for next day shipping here we are 4 day's later, and Fed-ex has no record of the order being shipped. Almost $1,000 order and I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me one day then I was told my next wait would be 125 minutes. Once I was able to talked to someone, I asked that I just wanted to cancel my order "he said" just wait tell tomorrow your order has shipped and I will have to RMA once I receive it. When I know it never left there location. This has been a nightmare staying home wondering if it will show up. I'm sure everyone has had day's like this. I have had 3 day's like this! Do not order from newegg.
