my motorcycle was supposed to leave miami to go to Fos Sur Mer (FRANCE) on june 18 2018. on july 5th i called and nobody knew anything about it. i did a little research and the person who was handeling the shipment didn't worked there anymore, therefore nobody took my file, and if i didn't call, my motorcycle would probably still be on the docks in miami. so now i will receive the motorcycle on august 4th instead of july 4th and my bill went up. Of course nobody wants to answer the phone anymore just emails went it is convenient for them. i had read reviews about the company some good some really bad and this qualify as really bad .
