Have been a Commerce Customer since 2004. Within the last month we have had money held for different reasons over different periods of time. Just recently we have deposited a larger amount of money and cannot reach it, it has put us in a financial bind. This has been the last straw. The online app is misleading, purchases are recorded paid or pending at different times that seem to fit their benefit, and my "current balance" is not my "Available Balance" That was a hard mistake to learn. Customer support is useless. They will not do anything, so why have one. After having been a customer for 14 years, we are leaving this bank tomorrow. Further the Home Loans both FHA, VA, and regular Mortgage rate were very high compared to most, we have never been offered a good or fair loan from this bank
