Network Solutions went down for 5 days around November causing e-mails to cease. So a domain transfer to GoDaddy was requested. The steps were followed but the request was rejected repeatedly. The same instructions are sent over and over but the links on the website show the setting are already set and the link to request another transfer will not work now. They are trying to go past the time so the account gets locked for 60 days. Additionally, the mistakenly cancelled the e-mail account which now cannot be used because the domain is locked. This company is a FRAUD!! Don't even consider them, your account will be held hostage. User's recommendation: Use anyone else!
