I wish I had chosen a different car insurance, so maybe I would not be writing negative reviews... I got into a car accident one week ago and my car was damaged, so I needed to rent a car to get home. I called them and gave them all information they wanted. They said they would call me back in ten minutes. Nothing. 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes. I thought there was no point of waiting for so long and called them again. Nobody answered. Called several times. Same. After 10 calls somebody picked up the phone and I was on hold 20 more minutes. They said it was too late and they cant provide me a car rental. For unknown reasons. I had to bother my friends and they took me home. What I know for sure is that I'm done with them. After they will finally resolve the issue, I will go away and find another more reliable company.
