They haven’t delivered dress on time

3 weeks ago I ordered a dress from the company www.okmi.it. I paid about €150 for the dress, but the delivery was for free. After that I got the tracking number. It showed nothing. I tried to reach the seller, but he avoided all my emails and messages. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems with this company. Post comments, maybe we can help each other.
