They have not paid

I have an agreement with Brevan Asset Management related to points at Marival Residences. I agreed to the contract with Marival with the understanding that I would be paid $6,000 per year for the points. I have deposited my points for 3 years and have received no payments. Among other responses, I received the following as a response... we are delay in the payments, the first year of payment for your contract was 2018 as your first year of use was 2017, we will be ready to start the payments on June 2019. Please receive our apologies for the inconveniences this delay may cause you. Best Regards Luis Lopez Finance Department Brevan Asset Management User's recommendation: Class action lawsuit.
