After my Facebook account has been hacked, Ive sent about 4-5 messages to them via a feedback form. They have not responded. They have no phone support, or chat..so it would seem Im screwed. I live in the Bay Area, so I will find some time and go to the Menlo Park headquarters itself. Frank User's recommendation: Go to the company HQ.
