They have a 90 day return policy, not on their receipt, and will not take back a defective patio umbrella.

I purchased a navy blue 9' patio umbrella for $45 at the end of April. It was used for 3 months, May, June and July. It is so faded from the sun, that it looks years old! Patio umbrella should last a few seasons. They will not accept my receipt or honor this purchase return in any way. They sold me a defective item and will not take it back. User's recommendation: Do not purchase items that cost more than a few dollars at Christmas Tree Shop.
