The video below so vividly shows the awful food waste perpetrated by this billion dollar hateful store. Yes, I say HATE!!! When these fools could donate perfectly food to 501 non-profits yet they stubbornly refuse then I consider it a hate crime against humanity.. And what is really scary is how their foolish corporate lawyers will not even allow meaningful dialogue on the topic. So, I accuse them of having ZERO COMPASSION & Love for their less fortunate fellowmen. And this store in Dallas is the worst of all their stores. In the video all these items could have been recovered from this dumpster in California. But this new ignorant manager at this Dallas location has put 5 locks on their dumpster today to keep anyone and everyone from salvaging anything from this dumpster. For12 long years this dumpster was open to my 501 non-profit and to homeless people as a way to salvage perfectly good food. But with this new manager and his foolish ways all this food will now be totally wasted and taken to the landfill. And the upper management at 99 Cent Only Stores in California obviously don't care about bad comments regarding this issue. How they could possibly read all the negative comments below this video and not take drastic action to change their evil ways is really scary. NO SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY by them at all. No COMPASSION at this company. And, please, they CANNOT be sued regarding this food IF they donate it to a 501 non-profit or to a church. A Federal Law protects them from lawsuits: The EMERSON GOOD SAMARITAN LAW. But, of course,this foolish company does not want to hear about this because it might cause them to change their evil and wasteful ways. Hey, WASTE IS NOT COOL. Never will be 99 Cent Only Stores.
