They had not given me final decision re: extension

Southwest rep declined my request for an extension on my vouchers. The delay to travel was due to the pandemic resulting in travel limitstions and risks for falling victim to the coronovirus,which my spouse and I suffered. Now that we have recovered,we wish to plan for a safe future trip using funds in travel bank that will expire 7/21/20.However,request to use these funds after that date cannot be .Disappointed that we are being punished especially after being a steady customer with this company for many years.We did not bring on this pandemic!! User's recommendation: May want to consider booking with other airlines.
