I've used many property management companies over the years in several states. Hands down this is the worst one I have dealt with. The team members are rude and sullen if you walk in to see them (the management hides behind closed doors make the admins take the ire of all the unhappy clients who walk in). They will convince you that you owe more money than you do for deposits, etc. and expect to NEVER see that money again. They NEVER give refunds and the management disappears when it's time to send the checks back to honest clients. I highly encourage others to go through any other property management company as the long-term experience will out weigh anything positive they may offer on the front end.
