They Failed to keepmy appointment by phone. waited all day and called them to inquire why they didnt call and representative couldnt find my appointment schedule and then said well were backedup.

As stated above I waited around all day. And finally contacted them after an hour got a hold of a representative. She couldn't find my schedule and then told me, well were kind of backed up so I said well Can we do this interview now with an agent . She said oh no youll have to make another appointment. I told her ive been waiting all day and so she said an agent would call me this same day. its been over 2 hrs since I talked to her. The original app. schedule was 10:15 - 12:15 pm nov 26 2018 that is today. All I want to do as they suggested a month ago is get enrolled. Finally about 3 pm they called and the womans language I could hardly understand with her accent. After all language barriers she asked for my medicare card numbers and I to explain to her they mailed it on nov. 20 and said she cant go any farther with out this card. So they will call me in 24 - 48 hrs. I hope to have the card by then .
