we applied when the phone got lost after two and a half years paying the insurance, they asked all the ID's given and they said the name doesn't match from the date on the plan and name on the ID. I've been with Fido more than 20 years and they are the one who sold the protection and they are the now who is responsible for all this unreliable service User's recommendation: Never go with Fido, Rogers or bright star.
