They don’t put care first

Update by user Mar 26, 2018 With a little bit of brainstorming we had to force CareFirst to talk to my roommates physician and get an authorization for him to have something called in home health care. That took a little while a little bit of doing because they did not talk to each other and we had to keep encouraging both sides to talk to each other in fact it came to the point where I almost ended up forcing them to talk to each other on each other's phones we finally got a number and we finally got an authorization and I just reminded my roommate to make a phone call and call them he's got enough to do already without having to make a phone call they should be calling him in my opinion and it should have gotten done a few months ago Original review posted by user Feb 23, 2018 Almost every time my roommate has to have some medical care or medication or even special services they take their time authorizing treatment and medication they don't talk to his Physicians they don't communicate with anyone. Not to mention many of the people at the switchboard in the desk or not very nice to him and not very understanding. As a result it takes him weeks to get anything done medically. They also don't communicate with him when he needs to do something. The most recent incident happened when he had to have his blood drawn at home for health reasons.
