Hello! This is the 7th time I am reaching out to you regarding the missing part that was also listed in the purchase agreement. At least some feedback should be provided on my queries but nothing at all. Are you guys done after selling the car? Customer satisfaction does not matter at all? What about the commitment from the sales person during the car purchase agreement? This is my first deal with driverselect and it didnt went well I guess. I am pretty sure this is definitely will affect the future customer and the internet review of your business.
