They dont help

It's going on 10 months already and well I still can't get a hold of Google I really need to ask is my Google account I have some important documents and other things too as well but I don't think I'm ever going to get a hold of Google so they can help me or at least tell me if the link so I can reset my password this is really ticking me off User's recommendation: nothing.
