They don’t deliver what I order

I order a cellphone for 50 CHF and I receive a headphone. I complain and they said that they will send it. After 2 weeks I receive a message the package was lost.? They send it again and the same lost package. I ask to refund but after 1 month nothing happen. These company are own by the same company
