Purchased ford Mustang for my son to say thank you for serving our country I purchased the car from a private citizen actually a young police officer 5 days before my son comes back from deployment a I took the car to Hennessy Ford to let them check the car and at that time they sold me Premium care Extended Services plan. I have the plan for over a year. My son Stationed in Virginia and he had to take the car in for some smelly stuff in the car he took it to Cavalier Ford Greenbrier S Military Hwy, Chesapeak VA 23320 and they are the worst dealership ever, they kept telling things about this and that and then they told him the warranty does cover the issue because has after market stuff which the problem he was having nothing to do with it which they sold us the warranty with the after market on it. car stayed 2weeks at Cavalier Ford and n=they didn't anything I had to ship the car back to Atlanta to Hennessy Ford and they worked on the car without any issues all I have to say Hennessy Ford are amazing and Cavalier Ford are the worst and definitely they won't help Military people sounds they issues when it comes to Military people The -services Manager at Cavalier his Paul 757-449-**** he is the worst person to deal with. Now I am about $1450 in the hole with rental car and I called the extended warranty people and they said they can't cover it.. I will be taking this issue to my lawyer and my son taking his issue with Cavalier to Military Lawyer and make sure no Military person goes there and be treated badly.. I would not recommend Ford any my worse enemy that's for sure and when finish fixing the car I will be selling it and never ever buy Ford even if they are the only company left on earth. I will have my lawyer handling this issue right between rental and transferring the from Virginia to Atlanta my cost is $1935 and I am helping my son to pay it because Military people they don't make a lot of money.
