I booked a hotel which I found on Trivago website. That moment I had no idea that Trivago actually did not book anything and that this website is actually a database or something like that .So I made my booking and paid for my room. Unfortunately I got scammed and when I arrived at the place they said they were full and that they did not have a reservation under my name. I blame Trivago for having scammers on their website! The fact they have liars and scammers on their site says that they don't care about their users!
