They don’t answer on telephone or email.

I bought two tickets via tripair. My flights were cancelled because of Corona. More than 4 months I have been trying to contact tripair to transfer my money back. They have not answered any of my emails. The line all the time busy. Sometimes I call them more than 40 times per day but all the time the line is busy. I really started to go to the court to complain about tripair.
