Biz Chair has 1-2 days shipping from warehouse as part of the advertisement for buying the product. They shipped mine in 5 days. I called and they said there warehouse was behind. I said they need to change the website and reflect that. They refuse to do so and my product arrived after the event. They still refuse to revise the site even though they are continually behind in the warehouse and the customer service is horrible. They don't treat you well on the phone and don't back up there service. Will never use them again!!!
