They don’t contact to the customer

When they deliver the goods, you can see that these goods do not correspond to the actual description, they look really different from the photo on the website. Once I bought a sweater for my daughter, then I washed it in the machine and saw that the sweater has change its color, now my daughter can not wear it, it is not beautiful. Also, sometimes they deliver me the goods I haven’t bought at all, and I have to pay for them. The clients’ support does not call back to the customers. It is really inconvenient, especially when your order costs more than one hundred dollars. I think it’s a shame to work like that.
