I warn anyone who doesn't want to loose a lot of money: I ordered fluffies that were not customized in may 8th 2012. I still didn't receive them as of july 1st and they are only three hours away from me!!! When I confronted them, they took days to help me, and argued with me, then said we will give you a refund in7-14 business days. Three weeks later & no refund. When I emailed them, they never replied and so I got in contact w. Another man and he said he decided not to give me a refund. Bottom line: they made me pay 50$ and sent me a $#*! Ty 30$ pair. Making me wait almost 3 months. They don't care whose money it is, as long as it ends up in their pockets, what a waste of time.
