They don’t care about their customers!

I was a customer of Beauty.com for several years and was always satisfied with their products and service. But my last order arrived damaged and when I contacted customer service they refused to do anything! These people don't even care about their customers! They offered me a partial refund but I said that I want a replacement because I really needed the product. Then they said that it was their final decision. I told them again that I need the product and they stopped replying and later deleted my account! What a terrible company! Don't know what had happened to them, but I'm very disappointed with www.beauty.com.
