I am President of the Stillwaters HOA in Marietta, Georgia. Last spring of 2018 we contracted with Scotty Key, McEachern Site Services LLC, 1321 Olympic Court SW, Conyers, GA 30012 to repair our lakes spillway, to remove two tennis courts that were not repairable, and to bush hogg an area affectionately referred to as Snake Hollow. As each phase of the project was completed, McEachern Site Services foreman was handed a check for that phase. We paid McEachern a total of $64,500.00 for this project. Our HOA now has a Mechanics Lien on our Common Area property for $4,816.00 filed by Nura Transport, Inc., 5655 Lake Acworth Drive, Suite 310, Acworth, GA 30101 for NON-PAYMENT for the services provided to McEachern Site Services. Nura spent the money to deliver the dirt and rock to our site. McEachern continues to give Nura Transport the run-around regarding the money owed to them since July of 2018. We paid McEachern immediately upon completion of this phase, and they went from our site to a large project in Roswell, GA. McEachern Site Services owners are extremely short sited when it comes to the handling of a customer. In 2019 we plan to make repairs to our dam and to install a syphon system to control our lake's levels. In 2020 we plan to dredge our lake. Neither of these projects are inexpensive, especially to a community of 62 homes. Will our HOA Board hire McEachern Site Services for these two projects? NOT A SNOWBALLS CHANCE IN YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!
