Dr.office provided information needed per express scripts. Express scripts called over a week ago saying information verified prescription approved, and they will send it. Express scripts website states prescription cancelled. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Out of medication and can't function without it. You F suck, do not use this company. They call every month to verify your address, don't you think if someone moves it would be changed on their prescription you dumb *** User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
