I have faxed RBC a really urgent request for a document I need and these people could not even bother to reply back to me. NONE of the Branches ever pick up!!! Not even by mistake! The advisors keep conflicting each other...Literally one told me contact the branch and the other told me don't contact the branch I think they just look at their notes and decide their logic because it's so messed up AT LEAST reply to my fax I regret opening an account at RBC. Guys save yourselves and open an account where you can actually be supported in your times of need (even if you offer payment)
