They dissapear as soon as there is a MINOR problem, sad, because the juice was good

It's really sad, I was starting to like these guys. Will not be shopping there any longer after my most recent experience. Everything is great until theres a problem. I paid for express 1 day shipping from USPS. Zeus Juice held up their end of the deal and shipped when they said they would. Then USPS screwed up and took 2 days to deliver which was too late for me. Not a big deal I figured. Express Mail is GUARANTEED delivery by USPS. If they dont deliver on time, USPS refunds you. When I notified them the delivery was late, they waited until it was delivered the next day and then asked if I got it. I said, yes it arrived but late and that I would like them to get me a refund from USPS for the 1 day service I paid for. Never heard back from them. It's been 2 weeks now, with 3 messages sent and they refuse to reply. I have not been rude, I have not been hostile, I was not angry in anyway shape or form. I just wanted my money back since I paid for a guaranteed delivery service. The Juice they have is good, yes, yes it is. But as soon as you have a very MINOR easy to fix problem. they ignore you. Talk about BAD customer service, if you can call it that! They lost my business over something *** as this......... wow. Now I get to file a charge back with my card issuer! YAY! FUN!
