They didn’t bother ever responding to emails inquiring about the order

They didn't ship my order. when i checked online it showed as "on hold". why didn't they send me an email saying there was a problem? I will tell you why. they didn't bother ever responding to emails inquiring about the order and the phone doesn't even pick up during there stated business hours. I am just worried that they have my credit card info . but i am happy they didn't send me what might have been counterfeit products.
