I, like others im sure saw this company ad on a social media site. I ordered my wife a want looked to be a beautiful "Matriarch of the Red Diamond" elephant. Well after a few weeks a sent an email to ask about order and was told my payment did not go through, of course i contacted my card service and was told that the amount they say did not get charged GOT charged. When you call their customer service you speak to someone in central America or Canada. User's recommendation: Don't order from them.
