Two more times The Bank of the West has come to my defense again, against two companies who take a people's money then ignore any service, satisfaction or customer care. I recieved my money back from The bank of the West by filing a couple pieces of paper explaining what happened, and the money was put back into my account. After that someone got my debit card numbers charged up about $127.00 at restaurants in Florida and Tennessee. The bank caught it and returned that money too in 3 days. Fast, friendly and professional. In this day and age, a person needs someone to watch your back and makes things right for the people they serve. Works for me.
