JoAnn did it again by taking $16.96 out of my checking account before I did check my banking account of this morning. This make twice that they took my money out of my checking account for the order that I did place on Wednesday. They DIDN'T had any right to do this. They took the money out of my checking account after I do place orders. That part I do understand. But they have taken $7.66, and now they took out of $16.96. This kind of action MUST stop. Their Customer's and everyone else that is about to place their orders on JoAnn's website that they can do this to them. This needs to go to the Business Bureau in their State which is Ohio. They are the only one that takes the money out of their Customer's checking account more than just once. I have to place orders with other companies, and they only take the money out to cover the order.
