They did a very bad installation of TV cables!!!

On 3-9-19, this company installed my dish for TV. When they ran the cable, they poked *** in my crawl space vent big enough to let in mice, and anything else that wants in and have not fixed it. I have tried numerous times to contact them to remedy the situation but they apparently refuse to contact me to fix the problem. Do not let this company install ANYTHING or you'll end up with a mess like me!!!
