Yes, I understand, they are a company that provides sub-prime loans. Most folks don't try to fall into this category of lenders when looking for financing - most often "something happened" that left people with this company as the only way to get on the road. What is a shame is that they have the "kick ya when you're down" mentality. Had a rough couple of years without a job, had a job and the company got bought, etc. I had to use this company and have had the rudest employees 'help' me, made payment arrangements that weren't respected since they sent the repo guy to pick up the car who damaged my property pulling the car out and then towed an AWD vehicle. Then, they tell the yard that has the car how much to charge to store the vehicle, then refuse to take a card for payment to get the car back and the fees are huge so the car sits while we're trying to jump through all the hoops because the yard also has their rules and fees. *** yard emptied out my entire car, took off my plates, etc and took their sweet time bringing it out to me when I was able to get it back. Extremely high interest rate that they don't allow us to refinance unless we go elsewhere - well, duh, if we could go elsewhere, we would have. *** website that doesn't allow for payments to be made the usual and easy way - they have to add on another fee. People who haven't had to go this route don't seem to care that it's extremely expensive to be poor and how awful it feels to be taken advantage of this way. This company has the opportunity to really be a change agent in this country, but unfortunately, the almighty dollar wins out. Would never work there, just couldn't look myself in the mirror.
