They charged me $14 for something I didn’t need. Stock X transferred me to 6ya for technical support which I don’t need. I issue was with Stockx about an item that was purchased and not received

even though I didn't need any technical support they still charged me $14. beside the idea, when ever I chat with one of their support team member, he doesn't read my message and immediately send me to the technical support team.
