We initially made a claim for a flooded basement after a pipe butted, they only paid us 80 percent of the damage the rest was determined to be by them as less worth. Then we called about two years later about possible roof damage after a storm came through. They said we were canceled due to too many claims, we didnt make a claim only inquired about the roof, they said thats a claim even if they didnt actually pay anything or receive a claim an inquiry counts as a claim. User's recommendation: Don’t fall for the trickery little adds on TV most of the claims would not have been paid by your insurance.
