I placed a delivery order though CHOW NOW with China Dragon Chinese Restaurant (843) 766-****- Charleston SC and as soon as they received the email for my delivery order they canceled it. When I called to question why my order had been canceled they hung up on me when I voiced my displeasure at the fact no phone call was made to explain why my order had been canceled! Now, because they have decided not to deliver to my area today 9.10.2018 I will have to wait for an over $20 order to be refunded to my card. I think it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE esp to be hung up on!!!!! I work at one of the leading hospitals here in the downtown Charleston SC area and you better believe I will #1 post my complaint on our company website. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
